  1. I love herbs and spices and I use them in my cooking regularly. I am on a keto diet and I always make sure to use them in my cooking. I love the fact that I can see some that I don’t use like the mustard and the garlic. I think I have a strong allergy to garlic because I become irritated by the smell so I dare not put it in my cooking. Overall, herbs and spice are good and their benefits are very many. Good post worth sharing here.

    • Thanks to hear from you, its good that you noticed your reaction to Garlic, yes people react differently to foods and it’s very important to listen to your body and chose what best for you. 3. Great post, very detailed. I can see that for every herb you have provided how and what quantity to take, does it mean that when we incorporate them in our cooking the result will not be the same? So, is it better to take them alone?

I am used to eating raw ginger for my throat when the gold weather set in but I would say that the quantity I took is very very little. So, I will increase that and make it a habit.

    Thanks

    • These quantities were suggested especially for beginners to avoid overdose which may negatively affect them and stop them from using spices and herbs. For a regular user, it’s easy to know how much is enough for you. Pay attention to the feedback of your body when using them and choose what best for you. People may respond differently to these spices and herbs.
